Dream Home: Transformation of Space
We are pleased to present the completed project of a full renovation and reconfiguration of a home, which has become a true work of art. Over the course of 15 months, we transformed every corner of this space, and the results exceeded all expectations of both our team and the client.

Basement
Let’s start with the basement, which has now become a true oasis for relaxation and fitness. We created a magnificent swimming pool, a modern gym, and a luxurious hammam with shower stalls. This space is perfect for both relaxation and active leisure.
In the basement we did:

First Floor
On the first floor, we significantly improved the functionality of the space. A new bathroom was added, and the kitchen was expanded to create a comfortable area for cooking and family gatherings. We also added an extra room that serves perfectly as an office, while one of the rooms was transformed into a cozy home theater.

Second Floor
On the second floor, we added two new bathrooms, significantly enhancing the comfort of living. Renovations were completed in two bedrooms, which now delight the eye with modern design and a cozy atmosphere.

Staircase and Terrace
The staircase leading to the third floor was completely redesigned in a modern style, adding a touch of elegance to the entire home. From the large terrace, there is a view of the backyard, and the built-in terrace glass in the floor provides natural lighting in the pool area, filling the space with light and air.
On the Staircase & Terrace we did:

Backyard and Front Yard
In the backyard, we leveled the area and planted a beautiful green lawn, creating the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation. In the front yard, a drainage system was installed, and concrete pathways added functionality and style. We also constructed a brick fence and installed sliding gates, emphasizing the property’s safety and aesthetics.
