Renovation of a One-Room Apartment
We are excited to present the completed renovation project of a cozy one-room apartment, which has become a true reflection of our client, Nadya’s, personality. This project is the result of the creative efforts of our team and the talented designer Kristina, who meticulously planned every detail.
The renovation involved a complete modernization of the space. We started with the demolition of the old kitchen and parquet flooring, opening up possibilities for a new, functional layout. A new electrical wiring system was installed, ensuring safety and enabling unique lighting designs.
One of the key features of the project is the drywall figures added along the entire wall, complete with backlighting. This solution visually expands the space and creates a warm atmosphere. Additionally, the accent lighting at the end of the window opening adds elegance and highlights the beauty of the interior.
For the flooring, we chose vinyl planks that fit snugly against the walls, eliminating the need for baseboards and creating a seamless look. The new kitchen unit, transitioning into a workspace with a table and a storage cabinet, integrates harmoniously into the overall style.
All walls were painted in a modern glossy finish, matched to the kitchen color, adding freshness and lightness to the space. The renovation took two months, and the result exceeded all expectations.
This project has become more than just a renovation; it is a true embodiment of Nadya’s desire to create a space where she can feel comfortable and at home. We are proud to have assisted her in this journey and are confident that her new apartment will be a place where the brightest moments of life are created.
